Online therapy throughout Colorado

Therapy that can move with your life.

Online therapy for musicians, performers, crew, and creative professionals anywhere in Colorado. Meet from home, your studio, or wherever you have a private space.

You must be physically located in Colorado during your session. Whether you live in Denver, Boulder, Fort Collins, or somewhere else in the state, online therapy gives you access to consistent care without adding another trip to your schedule.

Therapy that fits the way you actually live.

Music and creative work don’t always happen on a nine-to-five schedule. Online sessions can make it easier to keep therapy in your life when work, travel, rehearsals, recording, or everything else gets complicated.

Stay consistent

Keep your therapy schedule even when your week looks different from the one before it.

Skip the drive

No commute, parking, or extra hour carved out around a 50–55 minute session.

Meet from your own space

A private room at home or another appropriate private space can be all you need.

Keep care in the picture

If you’re traveling within Colorado, you can continue meeting online as long as you’re physically in the state during the session.

Your work matters. So does what it’s doing to you.

A life in music can come with performance pressure, unpredictable schedules, financial uncertainty, comparison, creative pressure, and long stretches of being “on.”

Online therapy can help with anxiety, depression, burnout, perfectionism, self-doubt, difficult relationships, and the other things that get harder to carry when you’re already running on empty.

The goal isn’t to make you less invested in your work. It’s to understand what’s happening and find ways to function, recover, and feel more like yourself.

If music is part of your life, you belong here.

You don’t have to be famous, touring, full-time, or making money from music. Musicians, performers, producers, engineers, crew, educators, and other creative people are welcome here.

What online therapy can help with

Therapy can address whatever is getting in the way of your life or your work. Some common reasons musicians and creatives reach out include:

  • Anxiety, overthinking, and constant mental noise
  • Depression, low motivation, or feeling disconnected
  • Burnout and emotional exhaustion
  • Performance anxiety and fear of being judged
  • Perfectionism and harsh self-criticism
  • Creative blocks and self-doubt
  • Relationships, boundaries, and communication
  • Stress around career changes or uncertainty
  • Difficulty resting or switching off
  • Finding a healthier relationship with work and creativity

How online sessions work

Sessions are 50–55 minutes and take place by secure video. You need a device with a camera and microphone, a reliable internet connection, and a private space where you can talk.

During therapy, we’ll work together on what’s actually happening in your life rather than forcing everything into a generic formula.

My approach draws from neuroscience, nervous-system regulation, CBT, ACT and mindfulness, while keeping the work practical and grounded in your circumstances.

Online doesn’t mean impersonal. It simply changes where we meet.
